The brief:
To enable the rapid development of the management capability of Adidas in order to optimise market share and penetration

- Account Management Training for European sales team (from one-to-one coaching to group seminars of over 100)
- Consultancy to Global CEO on various assignments including evaluation of senior management capability and subsequent delivery of a Management Development Programme across Europe.
Consultancy on managing sensitive commercial arrangements with key endorsees including David Beckham, Tim Henman and Denise Lewis.
This included advising on contractual negotiations with agents including IMG Group; confidential media training for the highest profile endorsees, including David Beckham, Steven Gerrard and Joe Cole so that they in turn could represent the brand in an appropriate and professional manner.
Results:
- During the five years we worked as a business partner with Adidas, turnover increased from £65m to £325m.
